“This sublime apartment is exceptional in every way”

Loft de la Panthiaz, ideally situated between Châtel and La Chapelle, has everything going for it: plenty of space, a high standard of comfort, and a magnificent, cosy living room which, thanks to its large bay window, is bathed in natural light and offers an extraordinary view.

Nothing is missing; all the bedrooms offer outstanding comfort, including the bedding. One has its own shower room and toilet, and another has its own bathroom and toilet, not to mention a superb master bedroom. A shower room and toilet are located near the other bedrooms. These facilities are extremely practical for a stay with family or friends.

The size of the rooms adds to the comfort.

In summer, the large terrace allows everyone, young and old, to enjoy delightful evenings. In winter, the magnificent living room offers the chance to enjoy cosy moments.

“We highly recommend this chalet”

We had a wonderful family holiday in this mountain chalet. The property is very cosy, clean, well-equipped and ideal for a family get-together. The surroundings are peaceful and the view is magnificent – perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

“It has everything you could possibly need!”

The loft is spacious, extremely practical and a real pleasure to stay in, particularly the living areas. We often come here with several families with young children. The highlights: two separate sleeping areas, which are invaluable when staying with several families, and an easily accessible garage that doubles as a ski room.

Set on the border between France and Switzerland, Chatel is a popular choice thanks to its great skiing in the Portes du Soleil and its close proximity to Geneva airport.

Unspoilt and with a traditional charm, you’ll find pretty chalets and wonderful scenery.

The village has a good selection of shops and restaurants, and in summer there’s fabulous terrain for walkers and bikers.

The OVO Network Review

Loft de la Panthiaz is a charming, bright and comfortable apartment, close to the slopes and the region’s activities. Its spacious layout, created by combining two apartments, allows 11 guests (including 10 adults) to enjoy the Alpine surroundings at their own pace.

The five bedrooms all have double beds, and one also has a single bunk bed. Three of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, providing extra comfort and privacy.

The welcoming living area at the heart of the property enjoys wonderful views of the peaks. Glass doors open onto a spacious garden with a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun during the warmer months.

The fully equipped kitchen, which is linked to the living area via a breakfast bar, means you can prepare meals while staying part of the conversation.

To make your stay easier, Loft de la Panthiaz has a garage that can also serve as a bike store or ski room, two additional parking spaces outside, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The property’s spacious layout means it is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

“A large, easily-accessible apartment that is practical in all seasons and for all ages.”

Although we live year-round in Brittany, we have been coming to La Chapelle-d’Abondance since 1987, the year the La Panthiaz gondola was opened – proof that we love this valley, and not just in winter.

As our family has grown, we chose to settle in a large, easily-accessible apartment that is practical in all seasons and for all ages. The layout allows everyone to enjoy their own routines and independence.

That is why we would love to welcome you to Loft de la Panthiaz.

Our tip: make the most of the living room in the evening after skiing or hiking – it’s very cosy, and the setting is perfect for memorable games evenings with the family…
